Expedition to the Air Mountains and the dunes of Tenere

Nestled on the edge of the Sahara Desert, the Aïr Massif forms one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Africa. In the heart of the traditional region of the Tuaregs, the Aïr is a set of majestic mountains. It is an amazing sanctuary of biodiversity with interesting varieties of species of all kinds. The Aïr is also famous for its rock representations. Indeed, you will find on the rocks engravings which would date from 6000 years to 10000 years before J-C. Most of them are drawings of large mammals. The most famous is the drawing of a 5m high giraffe.
